Job Description

Leads the overall management, coordination, and integration of all Nominated Subcontractors (NSCs) ensuring alignment with project requirements on quality, cost, time, safety, and system interfaces. Acts as the focal point for resolving multi-trade conflicts, ensuring that all NSC scopes are fully coordinated, technically compliant, and seamlessly integrated into the overall project delivery

  1. Oversee management of:
  • Shop Drawings
  • Combined Services Drawings (CSD)
  • Interface Drawings
  • As-Built Drawings
  • Material Submittals
  • Method statements
  1. Ensure all discipline team leaders coordinate drawing reviews and submissions with their respective subcontractors.
  2. Monitor implementation of approved drawings and revisions across all interfacing trades
  3. Ensure technical coordination issues between subcontractors are resolved within required timelines.
  4. Oversee preparation and monitoring of:
  • RFI
  • CVI
  • SI
  • Technical Correspondence
  1. Coordinate major technical concerns with consultants, designers, clients, and project management.
  2. Ensure discipline teams implement project quality standards and approved procedures.
  3. Monitor closure of interface-related NCRs, punch list items, and technical deficiencies.
  4. Oversee coordination of inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities among all trades.
  5. Ensure proper sequencing and work integration between subcontractors
  6. Lead walk-throughs with consultants, clients, project management and subcontractors.
  7. Ensure all interfacing works comply with contract documents, approved specifications, and project standards. (MEP, Architectural and ID)
  8. Manage implementation of FCD's;
  9. Resolution of conflicts between subcontractors or client;
  10. Oversee creation of inspection checklist base on Contract
  11. Documents
  12. Attend technical construction coordination meetings
  13. Attend Project Management meetings
  14. Emphasis on good quality to promote possible repeat client;
  15. Manage punch listing priorto turn-over:
  16. Structure
  17. Plumbing
  18. Elevator
  19. Architectural
  20. Fire sprinkler system
  21. Civil works
  22. HVAC
  23. Fire alarm system
  24. Electrical
  25. Landscaping
  26. Interior finishes
  27. Review andunderstanding of Contract Documents;
  28. Identifying potential contract variation based on issued

document by the Owner's Representative.

  1. Oversee preparation of Pre-construction planning per scope of work;
  2. Coordinate work programwith interface with all otherscope

of work of the project;

  1. Managing the TradeContractors and Coordination to other

members of theteam including Designers and Owner;

  1. Establish priority and settlement of bottlenecks;
  2. Planning and implementation of Demobilization program;
  3. Review impact of design changes and Project Manager's Instructions on interfacing works
  4. Preparation of documents for turning over project to project

manager or client;

  1. Monitor progress of balance works and close-out activities through team leaders.
  2. Ensure timely escalation of critical issues affecting project milestones
  3. Manage implementation of FCD's;
  4. Resolution of conflicts betweensubcontractors or client;
  5. Oversee creation of inspection checklist base on Contract
  6. Documents
  7. Attend technical construction coordination meetings
  8. Attend Project Management meetings

Experience: With at least fifteen (15) years experience with in the same field. Must be able to oversee and supervise the implementation requirements of the QualityControl procedures. Familiarwith evaluation of construction materials, testing, inspection and has knowledge on comprehensive installation methodologies of multiple trades;

Handling multiple subcon disciplines (MEP, Architectural & ID)
