Job Summary

Conducts activities relative to product inspections and tests.
Maintains the cleanliness of the QA/QC area.
Checks records of all incoming and outgoing spare parts inside the QA/QC Department.
Inspects the parts according to the specified requirements.
Fills-up the QA/QC Inspection report based on the result of final inspection.
Applies suitable identification to spare parts.
Performs the proper handling and packaging of spare parts.
Endorses fully inspected spare parts to SPARE PARTS CONTROL.
Abides with the COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS.
Informs the immediate superior for any detected non-conformities and provides immediate corrective actions.
Involves in any activities for CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT.
Fills-up the DAILY MATERIAL REQUEST LOG for issuance of MATERIALS, TOOLS, etc.
