Work site location:
JOB PURPOSE
- To focus on monitoring and ensuring the compliance with statutory, and regulatory compliances, industry regulations and company policies.
- To uphold the health and safety standards of the facility, the employees and the goods received and dispatched.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors storage temperature
- Monitors the condition of products stored inside the warehouse
- Inspects the quality of products during receiving and dispatch; and reports to Supervisor for any deviation in the quality of product
- Monitors the activities of the housekeeping team and ensures the cleanliness of the warehouse compound
- Internal daily facility audit based on internal and NMIS checklist
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of BS Food Technology, Microbiology, or other related food and pharmaceutical background
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a cold storage, warehouse, or food production environment.
- Knowledge of cold chain management, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
- Certificate holders in NMIS, HACCP, GMP, Food Safety and Occupational Safety are preferred.
- Knowledgeable with MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
