Molex is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across our Philippines facilities. In this role, you will ensure conformance to customer and engineering specifications, drive a culture of quality excellence, and support organizational goals through effective quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our Team

You will be part of the Integrated Products Division and work closely with business leaders, operational teams, customers, suppliers, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, you will lead Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, and the Assistant Quality Manager while serving as the organization's Quality Management and Customer Representative.

What You Will Do

· Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs across the organization.

· Drive quality excellence through preventive actions, failure avoidance, and zero-defect initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, including IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and corporate requirements.

· Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems supporting business and customer requirements.

· Act as the primary liaison for customer quality concerns and external quality audits.

· Facilitate quality review meetings, corrective and preventive action processes, and quality performance metrics.

· Support new product and project implementation through quality planning and best practices.

· Partner with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.

· Oversee quality-related health, safety, and environmental activities.

· Support talent development, coaching, and performance management initiatives within the organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline.

· Five or more years of experience leading quality systems in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

· Experience managing and improving quality management systems and quality standards.

· Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change.

· Strong communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

· Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and organizational levels.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

What Will Put You Ahead

· Master's degree in Quality Management or a related field.

· Knowledge of SAP Quality Module.

· Advanced expertise in quality tools and methodologies including:

  • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Quality Function Deployment (QFD)
  • Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Team-Oriented Problem Solving (TOPS)
  • 7 QC Tools

· Experience working with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and global customers.

· Strong negotiation skills and experience leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement programs.
