• Strong understanding of banking domain (Internet & Mobile Banking)
• Experience in manual testing lifecycle (STLC)
• Hands-on experience with Jira / test management tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodology

Analyze business requirements, BRDs, and user stories related to Internet Banking & Mobile Banking modules (Accounts, Payments, Transfers, Cards, Login/Journey flows).

Prepare test scenarios, detailed test cases, and test data covering functional, UI/UX, and end-to-end customer journeys.

Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing for web (Internet Banking) and mobile applications (Android/iOS).

Ensure adherence to test process, quality standards, and documentation practices.

Collaborate with BA, Dev, and QA teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.

Maintain test execution reports, daily status updates, and progress tracking.

Contribute to test evidence preparation aligned with audit/compliance requirements in banking projects.
