We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineers with a strong understanding of software testing principles, quality assurance best practices, and a keen eye for identifying issues before they impact users. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and implementation teams to test innovative web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and high product quality.

# This is a work-from-office position based in Bangalore. Applicants should be willing to work from our Bangalore office. If you are not currently in Bangalore or unable to relocate and join us within a month, we kindly request that you do not apply for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to derive comprehensive test coverage.
• Validate application workflows, data integrity, security, and usability across different environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and product discussions to provide quality-focused feedback.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Maintain test documentation, defect reports, and testing metrics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Preferred Qualification:

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and the ability to effectively test complex web-based systems and workflows.
• Experience testing ERP applications or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Management Systems (HMS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), or related healthcare domains will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect life cycle, and QA best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
