About the role: We are seeking a progressive and self-motivated IT professional with strong expertise in project management, QA, test automation, and cloud platform testing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, adaptable, and experienced in managing complex IT transformation programs.

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT transformation projects and end-to-end QA delivery
- Manage test automation, DevOps CI/CD, and software testing initiatives
- Oversee functional testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O and CE)
- Drive QA strategy across SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and D365
- Define scope, create proposals, and provide planning and estimations
- Manage cross-functional teams, including onshore and outsourced resources
- Handle dependencies, changing requirements, and delivery risks
- Implement QA processes, best practices, and QA metrics
- Ensure adherence to testing methodologies and quality standards
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, including 5+ years in IT transformation projects
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O and CE) functional testing
- Minimum 3 years managing people, processes, or operations
- Strong background in QA, test automation, DevOps CI/CD, and software testing
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Tosca, Selenium, UFT, Worksoft, Ranorex, etc.
- Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and cloud platforms
- Exposure to performance testing, RPA, AI, or ML is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Project/Program Management certification preferred
