ABOUT THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit phone calls and file audits.
Provide feedback to claim teams to support the provision of high standard of customer service.
Improve consultant knowledge, processes, and the overall customer service.
Review and approve payments.
Receipting of recoveries and salvage costs on to claims.
Completing sanction checking on payments.
Maintain and support relationships with customers, including internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support to other areas of the business during busy periods.
Work cooperatively with colleagues in a spirit of support and respect of others.
Assist fellow team members to achieve a common goal.
Actively participate in meetings to improve workloads.
Share your knowledge and skills with colleagues to build a learning environment.
Develop skills to be more efficient in your role.
Handle other ad hoc tasks or deliverables that may be required from time to time.
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
2-5 years previous claims experience.
Bachelor's Degree
Strong organizational skills and strong customer focus thinking.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
High aptitude in understanding business and claim processes with a natural continuous process improvement and pro-active mindset.
Able to provide a level of flexibility during busy periods and adhering to business process, key performance indicators, and timelines.
High attention to detail.
General knowledge of data transfer.
Ability to communicate at all levels in a multiple stakeholder environment, e.g., liaison with other relevant divisions or entities with Steadfast Group.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder, and time management skills.
Highly motivated and honest, flexible, proactive, and driven.
Ability to multi-task with minimum supervision.
Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
Well-developed skills in analysis, organization, and problem solving.
Competency in Microsoft Office.
