Job Description

We are looking for a QA Conformance Assistant Manager to support the implementation and monitoring of our quality assurance and food safety programs across warehousing, cold chain management, and logistics operations.

This role will work closely with the Corporate QA Conformance Manager and Corporate QA Head to ensure product integrity, compliance with food safety standards, and operational excellence across third-party warehouses and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems across warehouse, cold storage, and logistics operations.
  • Conduct and oversee QA inspections, verification activities, and compliance monitoring.
  • Review temperature monitoring records, QA checklists, inspection reports, and other quality documentation.
  • Conduct internal QA and external conformance audits covering warehouses, cold storage, and trucking operations.
  • Lead/support root cause analysis, quality investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Analyze product defects, inspection results, and customer complaints to identify recurring quality issues.
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Food Safety, Compliance, and 3PL teams to resolve non-conformances.
  • Support food safety, hygiene, and Good Warehousing Practices training.
  • Mentor and guide QA Conformance Officers/Assistants.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives involving product quality, cold chain, warehouse processes, and QA systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biosciences, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of QA experience in a large restaurant chain, commissary, or food manufacturing environment.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or QA leadership experience.
  • Experience or exposure to FSSC 22000, BRCGS, ISO 22000, or similar food safety management systems is preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, cold chain, or logistics QA operations is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, Good Warehousing Practices, QA systems, and RCA/CAPA methodologies.
  • Strong skills in QA auditing, root cause analysis, technical report writing, problem solving, and Excel/data analysis.
  • Willingness to work in both office and field environments and travel as required.
