Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications.

Candidates with prior experience in Order Management Systems (OMS) or the retail and supply chain domain will be highly preferred.

Note: We are looking for immediate joiners who can start by September 1, 2026. Candidates with a notice period extending beyond this date may not be considered for this specific role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
• Develop automated test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end business workflows
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Continuously improve automation coverage, test efficiency, and QA best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-9 years of experience in QA Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium
• Experience automating web applications and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and software quality practices
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) or retail/e-commerce applications
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Exposure to API testing tools and test automation best practices
