Role- Automation Engineer
Experience - 3-6 yrs
Must have - Web & Mobile automation is mandatory,
Must have tools - Katalon, Robot framework
Nice to have - Internet banking, Mobile banking
JD:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio for Web, Mobile, and API applications
- Analyze functional requirements and test cases to identify automation feasibility and coverage Build and enhance data driven, keyword driven, and reusable test frameworks in Katalon
- Execute automated regression, smoke, and sanity test suites as per release timelines Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Git) and manage scheduled executions
- Analyze automation execution results, identify failures, and perform root cause analysis Log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools (JIRA)
- Maintain automation artifacts, reports, and test execution metrics
- Collaborate with functional testers, developers, and DevOps teams to resolve issues
- Ensure automation best practices, coding standards, and framework stability
- Support test data preparation and environment validation for automation execution
- Continuously improve automation coverage and execution efficiency
