What You'll Do:
- Conduct internal, process, and plant audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, FDA, Food, Cosmetics).
- Assist in regulatory inspections and coordinate with QA and Regulatory Affairs teams during plant audits.
- Identify non-conformances, assess risks, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Prepare clear and detailed audit reports, including findings, root cause insights, and corrective action tracking.
- Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze audit and quality data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support training and awareness initiatives to strengthen quality systems and audit readiness.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance roles (manufacturing or regulated industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO, GMP, FDA or similar standards).
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or related certification is an advantage.
