Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and revise company policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Initiate process and operational improvements to boost organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify, assess, and address risks or compliance matters while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Work with process owners to document and optimize workflow procedures.
  • Support department heads in project planning, tracking progress, managing risks, and handling documentation.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for audit activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant course
  • Minimum of 2-3 years related experience
  • Knowledgeable in ISO Standards
  • With experience in auditing processes and documentation
  • ISO and/or internal audit certification/s are a plus
  • Can start ASAP
