The Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer shall continuously audit the different facets of the maintenance and operations department in accordance with the established company policies and Aviation Authority industry practices. He or she should also ensure that certificate renewals and permit requests are processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Safety Management Systems (SMS) by reporting all accidents, incidents, and any hazard in the workplace; and being safety conscious by exercising due care in the performance of duties.
- Implement and continuously improve our Security Management System (SeMS) thru the delivery of high-level performance to meet Company Security standards and ensure compliance to national and international regulations.
- Provide evaluation reports on the performance of other personnel of Quality Department.
- Lead the department during the interim absence of the head or the more senior members of the department.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
