We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst.

JOB SUMMARY

QA Analysts will be responsible for executing UAT and regression testing activities to ensure MWMS releases meet agreed quality standards before deployment. They will validate fixes, manage retesting cycles, and support release readiness decisions, particularly under the sub-release deployment strategy. QA Analysts will also assist during training activities, ensuring that training scenarios align with tested system behavior. During deployment and hypercare, they will provide hands-on support to quickly identify, assess, and help resolve production issues, contributing to system stabilization and user confidence. Their role is essential in mitigating quality risks and in sustaining delivery quality.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• UAT Execution and Regression testing
• Facilitate /QA Analyst on Training activities
• Hypercare/handholding support

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Understanding of testing methodologies, particularly UAT and regression testing
• Ability to design, execute, and document test scenarios and test results aligned with business
• workflows
• Knowledge in defect tracking, validation, and retesting, including coordination with developers and BAs
• Effective communication skills to work with business users during testing and QA activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably has work experience/internship in similar field/industry (i.e. utility)
• Experience in quality assurance, testing and defect management
• Exposure to hypercare or post-deployment stabilization support is an advantage
• Amenable for a fixed-term contract for 4 years
• Willing to work on-site (Ortigas, Pasig City)
