Responsibilities:
Review business and technical requirements to identify testing needs.
Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
Work closely with developers and business teams to investigate and resolve issues.
Perform retesting and regression testing after defect fixes.
Maintain accurate test documentation and testing reports.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint activities.
Perform API and database testing when required.
Support test automation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency.
Monitor application quality and provide regular status reports.
Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards before production deployment.
