Job Summary

The successful candidate shall be primarily responsible for assessing production products and processes to ensure compliance to specifications. He/she shall be

• Checking that raw materials involved in the production process are of suitable quality
• Inspecting production machinery and employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly
• Reporting, documenting, and investigating causes of defects and non-conformities
• Ensuring application of agreed corrective actions
• Regularly calibrating with the Quality Assurance Manager in the application of approved quality parameters
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and other allied fields
• With or without experience
• Knowledge in Food Science and Technology, including Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology and other relevant analytical technique
