DEL MONTE PHILIPPINES, INC. is in need of a Quality Assurance Analyst

Work Location: Cabuyao City, Laguna

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods within beverage manufacturing operations. This role conducts inspections, testing, audits, and quality assessments throughout the production process to ensure products meet established specifications, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and testing for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Perform GMP, sanitation, and quality audits and support corrective actions.
• Record, analyze, and report inspection and test results.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain testing accuracy.
• Investigate quality issues and participate in root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Support product release, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Licensed Chemical Technician or Licensed Chemist is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of QA experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, QMS, and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
