Job Description

The Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate is responsible for validating configurations, customizations, and integrations within the Infor M3 Cloud ERP system. The role focuses on integration and regression testing across various applications or components, ensuring that updates meet business requirements and do not introduce defects. While not responsible for developing automated test scripts, the analyst must be capable of analyzing failures from automated test execution runs and performing basic script maintenance when needed.

What You Will Need
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience in QA best practices, including defect management, test case creation and execution, metrics reporting, and functional testing.
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
* Familiar with automated testing tools such as Selenium; capable of executing test scripts, analyzing failures, and performing basic maintenance as needed.
* Experience using JIRA for defect tracking and test management
* Knowledge of the software development process and QA methodologies.
* Strong communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
* Contribution to QA strategy, process improvements, and implementation of best practices.

What Will Put You Ahead
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in using Zephyr
* Familiarity with ERP solutions such as Infor M3 or similar enterprise software.
* Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm).
* Experience with cloud-based tools and services, particularly AWS

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Test M3 and integrated products in a CloudSuite environment using manual and automated scripts.
* Perform QA tasks across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, test planning, design, automation, execution, defect reporting, and environment setup.
* Define and execute test plans for regression, functional, and automated testing.
* Analyze automated test results, troubleshoot script issues, and report findings.
* Document defects using project tools and communicate progress, risks, and issues promptly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and share knowledge.
* Report overall test results and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
* Own specific test areas, act as a subject matter expert, and share knowledge with peers.
* Participate in Agile activities such as planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; present updates and provide input on testing scopes and release plans to align QA efforts with development goals.
* Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis for identified issues.
* Staying up to date with the latest testing tools, applying best practices, and contributing to process improvement.
