Job Summary
- Responsible for ensuring that ShipERP products are functioning as designed and minimizing product defects by identifying bugs and missing functionalities based on given product requirements.
- With the initiative to help with the continuous advancement of our products by identifying potential issues and areas of improvement.
Responsibilities
- Create test cases and test data for various test scenarios
- Execute and document test scripts and analyze results
- Review of test scripts
- Identify and isolate bugs in software
- Basic troubleshooting of product issues/bugs
- Identify potential issues in user interface
- Identify other areas of improvement for the product
- Understand the functionality and business process related to the product
- Coordinate with Business Analysts and Developers regarding the expected functionality of the product to verify test execution and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Holder of IT, Engineering, Computer Science and other related courses
- Experience as Software Tester or Quality Assurance Tester is an advantage
- With experience either in Manual or Automation Testing
- Experience in Cloud is an advantage
- SAP background is a plus
- Familiarity or experience in testing tools and framework would be a plus
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule and night shift
