What You´ll Do
- Support onboarding activities and build an understanding of data structures, business processes, and governance frameworks through guided sessions and process walkthroughs
- Clean, prepare, and analyze datasets while developing dashboards in Power BI, strengthening data modeling, visualization, and technical skills (SQL/Python basics)
- Work on an end-to-end analytics project (e.g., dashboard or predictive use case), applying analytical thinking and problem-solving to deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in forums to enhance business acumen, teamwork, and understanding of data governance and security practices
- Present findings and recommendations through structured storytelling, developing communication and data presentation skills for business audiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects, demonstrating creativity, agility, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Manage tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining accuracy and quality in deliverables
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in data analysis, including data cleaning, modeling, and visualization using tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and support business decisions
- Effective communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration, time management, and adaptability skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP is highly preferred
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
