Compliance and Operational Excellence Team

Compliance Assurance Team is responsible for case analysis and manages controls for programs

governed by Reg-E/Reg-Z to ensure operations and procedures comply with policies and regulations.

This team performs a range of duties including but not limited to case review and analysis.

Quality and Compliance Supervisor

  • Manages a team of Compliance specialists who performs all compliance evaluation and monitoring functions to achieve or exceed goals and compliance metrics
  • Oversees document and audit requests from issuing banks
  • Analyzes daily and monthly reports to help determine process areas that need improvement to avoid further violations
  • Ensure that team members are informed and trained on product and system updates necessary to perform their tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with Operations to optimize performance with a particular focus on regulatory compliance assurance
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience of 1 year as a Quality Analyst or a Compliance Specialist or in a leadership role
  • Must be detail-oriented and with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • With good communication skills and ability to coordinate among cross-functional teams
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and project timeline and is open to working beyond office hours
  • Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
  • Proficient in using MS Office products for computing, documentation, and presentation
