Job Title: Quality Analyst
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Onsite, Shifting Schedule
Required
- At least 1-2 yrs experience as Quality Analyst in a Corporate Travel account
- MUST have CORPORATE TRAVEL ACCOUNT experience that is client facing, preferably with Voice, Email and Chat LOB
- GDS skill on one and more GDS (Amadeus, World span, Sabre, Galileo, and Apollo)
- Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds
- Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation, Like; Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies
- Proficient in speaking in English
- Proficient Communication Skills
- Advance Microsoft Office skills
- Highly knowledgeable in Quality tools
