Job Description

Urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.

Job Title: Quality Analyst

Location: Metro Manila

Work Mode: Onsite, Shifting Schedule

Required

  • At least 1-2 yrs experience as Quality Analyst in a Corporate Travel account
  • MUST have CORPORATE TRAVEL ACCOUNT experience that is client facing, preferably with Voice, Email and Chat LOB
  • GDS skill on one and more GDS (Amadeus, World span, Sabre, Galileo, and Apollo)
  • Good understanding about International Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds
  • Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation, Like; Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies
  • Proficient in speaking in English
  • Proficient Communication Skills
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly knowledgeable in Quality tools
