ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The Qualitative Research Recruiter is responsible for screening and securing the right participants for qualitative research projects such as focus group discussions (FGDs), in-depth interviews (IDIs), and online communities. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Actively participate in project briefings, ensuring you have a full understanding of the project requirements and responsibilities for delivery on each project.
  • Recruit respondents based on specific screening criteria provided by the project team, using panel management tools and as required MS Office or Google software.
  • Telephone screen respondents to assess and validate participant eligibility against the questionnaire and their responses.
  • Schedule confirmed participants and manage updates to systems accordingly to reflect booking status.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers on the recruitment status.
  • Flag recruitment challenges or data quality concerns to the project manager in a timely manner.

WORK LOCATION: Philippines

TIMINGS: Australia Business Hours with occasional weekend/after hours support

ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, fieldwork, or a related role; market research exposure is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or panel management tools is an advantage.
