JOB SUMMARY
- The QS Document Controller is responsible for managing and organizing division and project documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating easy retrieval of documents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain a virtual document control system for all cost and expense related documents i.e. Cost reports, RFPs, Contracts. Etc.
- Ensure all documents are up to date, labeled and filed systematically in electronic formats
- Control the numbering, distribution and filing of cost related documentation
- Assist in maintaining monitoring logs of all cost related items such as Change Order Monitoring, Supplemental Budget Monitoring, Budget Transfer Monitoring etc.
- Undertaking any further duties which the immediate lead may reasonably require in relation to Cost Control and Project Execution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Preferably graduate of Office Administration or Secretarial Courses
- Preferably with experience as Document Controller in reputable Construction-industry related companies
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Basic proficiency in MS office suite
