SimplerQMS is a life science software scale-up company with offices in Denmark, The Phillipines and United States. Our eQMS software solution supports medical device, pharma and lab organizations working efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
We are expanding globally and seeking for 2 Training Specialists who will be part of our Customer Success Team to assist customers with onboarding, oversee all training-related activities, and facilitate workshops. You will serve as the primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
To succeed in the role, you should possess knowledge about requirements within the life-sciences industry (pharma, medical device, lab or biotech). In addition, your customer relation management and project management skills are highly important in order to deliver QMS training to clients.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Understand customers business objectives and expectations to create actionable training & workshops
- Identify customers pain points to provide satisfactory solutions and be able to bridge their needs into SimplerQMS products and services
- Maintain real time customer feedback
- Prepare, tailor, and maintain customer-specific training materials, use cases, training environments to support hands-on learning, and onboarding documentation
- Execute instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs focused on practical system usage aligning with customers use cases and pain points, best practices, and compliance-driven workflows
- Ensure training activities are aligned with each stage of the customer journey, with a strong focus on the adoption phase, enabling customers to confidently use SimplerQMS in their daily processes
- Assess training effectiveness by validating user understanding, adoption readiness, and ability to independently operate the system
- Continuously support customers in adapting their processes to the way SimplerQMS works
- Follow up with customers in every phase to ensure that the modules that had been implemented are in line with customers objectives
- Conduct case studies with customers who are willing to share their experience as users of SimplerQMS
- Suggest product improvements based on customer and internal feedback
Skills & Requirements
- Preferably based in Metro Manila or Luzon, Philippines, with the ability to work remotely aligned with EU time zones
- Full-time availability (no freelance or contract arrangements)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, training delivery, customer success, or customer-facing project roles
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to guide customers through change and adoption
- Experience and understanding of standards and regulations within the life science industry is highly preferred
- Excellent English skills both written and verbally
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and customer relation management and project management skills
- Fast learner of business IT applications and experience in SaaS is a plus
- Knowledge about Customer Success, adoption frameworks is also a plus
