Job Description

Educational Background

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or any related field.

Professional Certifications (if Any)

  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor.
  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or related certification is an advantage.
  • Training in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Process Improvement

Experience (years/months)

  • At least 35 years of experience in Quality Management or related field.
  • Experience in ISO standards implementation and maintenance is preferred

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Internal and external audit management.
  • Documentation and process improvement skills.
  • Risk assessment and corrective action management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Ensure that company processes and procedures are properly documented, implemented, and maintained.
  • Plan and conduct internal quality audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Monitor and report quality performance indicators to top management.
  • Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
  • Lead the continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Prepare and present quality reports during management review meetings.
  • Ensure that employees are aware of quality policies and objectives.
