We are looking for a Qlik Sense Specialist to join our Data Engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical solutions that help business users make informed decisions. You will work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders across different business units to deliver reliable and insightful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and applications to support reporting and analytics requirements.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to source, transform, and model data from platforms such as Snowflake, SQL Server, and other data sources.
Optimize Qlik data models and applications to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and storyboards aligned with business requirements and reporting standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
Perform unit testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of dashboards and underlying data.
Maintain documentation related to dashboards, data models, and logic.
Troubleshoot performance issues and support ongoing enhancements and deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with the Data Analytics and Insights team to ensure reporting outputs support business and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in developing dashboards and applications using Qlik Sense.
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
Experience optimizing dashboards for performance and usability.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control practices is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working in data engineering or analytics environments.
Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud-based data solutions.
Experience with other BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
