The Role:

We are seeking an organised and energetic Maintenance Administrator to support our busy field operations. Reporting to the QLD/NT Maintenance Operations Manager, you will handle job scheduling, technician dispatching, and administrative workflows to keep our maintenance division humming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance runs and reactive callouts for field technicians and sub-contractors.
• Process work orders, raise purchase orders, and manage invoice-to-billing lifecycles.
• Act as the primary administrative link between clients, tenants, field techs, and internal management.
• Update maintenance management systems, compliance logs, and asset databases.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team to optimise daily efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or operations administration (trades or field services environment preferred).
• Superior organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Tech-savvy, with great proficiency in CRM/scheduling software and MS Office.
• Clear, professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
