Job Title: Maintenance Estimator – QLD Operations (Remote / Offshore)

At Atlan Stormwater, we protect the lifecycle of urban water infrastructure. From gross pollutant traps to bioretention basins and harvesting systems, our maintenance services ensure long-term environmental and regulatory compliance.

The Role:

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Maintenance Estimator to support our QLD maintenance division. Reporting to the QLD/NT Maintenance Manager, you will evaluate scopes of work and prepare competitive, accurate pricing for ongoing maintenance contracts and reactive repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client service requests, asset schedules, and maintenance scopes to build comprehensive cost estimates.
• Source sub-contractor and vendor pricing to compile competitive tender packages.
• Generate clear, professional maintenance proposals and quotations for client approval.
• Maintain and update internal pricing databases, supplier rate cards, and estimation templates.
• Coordinate closely with Australian operations teams to ensure smooth transition from quote to active maintenance schedule.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant experience in estimating, pricing, or quantity surveying (ideally within commercial maintenance, civils, or maintenance services).
• Exceptional numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• High-level competency in MS Excel and estimation software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
