QEHS Associate who can ensure our imported dairy products handled by third‑party logistics partners meet Arla Foods quality, environmental, health, and safety standards. The role supports the QEHS Specialist by managing documents, monitoring cold‑chain compliance, coordinating complaints and claims, conducting inspections, and tracking incidents and corrective & preventive actions. How You Will Make An Impact
You will belong in an organization with over 140 years of heritage as a European cooperative, being a strong team player requires a mindset where you can work across all business units and navigate in a matrix organization.
- You maintain and distribute QEHS procedures, forms, and work instructions to relevant stakeholders
- You monitor and record temperature data from warehouses and delivery vehicles, review logs for deviations, and coordinate corrective actions
- You manage complaints and claims by coordinating investigations with 3PLs and internal teams, ensuring timely escalation, and maintaining accurate records through to closure.
- You coordinate QEHS training programs by organizing sessions, maintaining attendance records, issuing certificates, and tracking the validity of licenses and certifications for both 3PL and internal teams.
- You conduct routine inspections and sampling of incoming and outgoing products
- You support regulatory and quality compliance by tracking requirements (e.g., CPRs and permits), preparing audit and renewal documentation, issuing COAs and QA documents, and monitoring sanitation, hygiene, and housekeeping standards while ensuring timely resolution of non‑conformities
The QEHS Associate will be part of the Supply Chain team and will report directly to the QEHS Specialist.
What Will Make You Successful
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or related field
- You have working knowledge of cold‑chain management, food safety and environmental & occupational health standards for imported products
- You have experience with claim systems and 3DX document portals and strong MS Excel skills
- You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
- You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
