Position: QC Molding Engineer
Industry: Manufacturing (Automotive & Electronic Components)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in supervising personnel or managing a production team.
Practical knowledge and experience in plastic molding or injection molding operations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Willing to work onsite in General Trias, Cavite, and available to start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily molding production activities to meet production goals and maintain product quality standards.
Track production output and efficiency while implementing process enhancements to optimize performance.
Organize work schedules and distribute manpower based on production demands and operational needs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team and support troubleshooting activities to reduce machine downtime and production interruptions.
Ensure all production activities comply with workplace safety regulations, quality requirements, and established company procedures.
