RBGM Medical Sales Express is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven
Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our Quality Management team. In this role, you will ensure that repackaged medical products meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines before release.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and verification of incoming materials, packaging components, and labels.
- Conduct in-process inspections during medical product repackaging.
- Perform final inspection of finished repackaged products to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Verify product identity, batch numbers, expiry dates, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming products and quality issues.
- Support GMP compliance, internal audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with production and other departments to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or any related health or science course.
- Licensed professionals are an advantage but not required.
- At least 12 years of experience in Quality Control or a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
