QAQC / PROJECT ENGINEER - 1 YR EXPERENCE in CONSTRUCTION
Location: EDSA, Quezon City
Salary: PHP 23,000/month
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC / Project Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials and installation works meet quality standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 12 years of experience in QA/QC works in construction
- Knowledgeable in roofing installation standards
- Skilled in inspection, documentation, and punch listing
- Ability to prepare inspection and turnover reports
- Willing to be assigned to out-of-town projects anywhere in the Philippines
Duties And Responsibilities
- Verify material specifications, quality, and compliance with approved standards
- Conduct regular inspections of installation works
- Perform periodic testing on installed roofing and gutter systems
- Maintain inspection logs, quality checks, and daily reports
- Prepare punch lists and monitor corrective actions
- Conduct final inspections prior to project turnover
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation is complete for client approval
