Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Support QA/QC documentation, reports, and record keeping.
- Help monitor compliance with company quality standards, GMP, and food safety requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Assist in product sampling, testing, and inspection activities.
- Perform other QA/QC-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program related to Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or other related courses.
- Must be required by the school to complete an internship/OJT.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates willingness to extend rendered hours when necessary to support operational requirements.
