Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Knowledge of basic structual principles and architectural finishes is a must.
2. Experience in punchlisting with keen eyes on finishing works.
3. Must be able to conduct periodic field inspection.
4. Able to prepare variation reports and findings.
5. Adept in plan reading and interpretation.
6. Must prepare checklist of inspection.
7. Conduct various test on materials and workmanship.
8. Inspect quality of materials delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience as a QA/QC in a construction Company.
Familiarity with Structural Codes in Buildings and Architectural Standards.
Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer.
