We are seeking a detail-oriented
Software QA/QC to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will analyze client requirements, document workflows, create test cases, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation. Your role includes testing, troubleshooting, and providing client support to maintain high-quality standards and smooth integration of software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and document workflows.
- Develop and execute test cases for QA.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide client support during software implementation.
- Oversee integration, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6-12 months of QA experience.
- Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, agile, and defect tracking tools.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Possesses knowledge in procurement, logistics, HRIS, accounting and retail systems.
