The Role
The ideal candidate will lead QA function across multiple banking platforms ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing strategy.
Your Responsibilities- Define test strategy across Trade, Lending, CASA, Treasury domains
- Test strategy documents
- Test cases and execution reports
- Defect tracking dashboards
- Manage:
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Regression cycles
- Develop automated test strategies where feasible
- Coordinate defects triage and resolution
- Ensure end-to-end business scenario coverage
What We're Looking For
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or QA Testing, ideally in a banking environment
- At least 5-7 years of overall experience in a banking environment
- Strong stakeholder management
- Banking domain knowledge
- SDLC / Agile delivery experience
