QA Test Lead - Core Banking

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Makati - Hybrid (3 days WFO per week)

Salary: 80K to 120K

Job Summary

Lead QA function across multiple banking platforms ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

· Define test strategy across core banking domains (Trade/Lending/CASA)

· Manage:

o SIT (System Integration Testing)

o UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

o Regression cycles

· Develop automated test strategies where feasible

· Coordinate defects triage and resolution

· Ensure end-to-end business scenario coverage

Core Skills:

· Strong stakeholder management

· Banking domain knowledge

· SDLC / Agile delivery experience

· Test strategy documents

· Test cases and execution reports

· Defect tracking dashboards
