What You'll Do:

QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across the full development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute test strategiesusing modern tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
• Design, write, and maintain detailed test cases in TestRail to ensure comprehensive testcoverage
• Execute manual and automated test scripts using Python and Selenium
• Perform API testing using Postman, including validation of request/response payloads anderror handling
• Log and track issues in JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and reproducibility
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define and refinetest strategies
• Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing as needed
• Participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, andretrospectives
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to validate production deployments
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported from production environments
• Maintain and improve automation test suites to support CI/CD pipelines
• Share knowledge through peer reviews, documentation, and product demos

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with Python and Selenium for automation testing
• Proficiency in Postman for API testing and validation
• Experience with TestRail for test case management and coverage tracking
• Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and agile workflows
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with backend testing and automation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
