Description
We are seeking a QA / Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software testing and automation, helping to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for software applications.
- Identify, record, and track defects using testing tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
- Design and implement test plans and test cases based on software specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality of the code.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in QA/testing or test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
