What You'll Do

  • Receive and process client submissions, ensuring all required information is accurately entered and complete for clinical review
  • Coordinate daily with the Clinical QA team to monitor workflow, track report status, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and follow-up logs for report status, outstanding items, and client communications
  • Review completed reports for accuracy, completeness, formatting, grammar, and compliance with quality standards before client delivery
  • Manage client, physician, and internal communications regarding report status, clarifications, addendums, and related inquiries
  • Ensure timely invoicing, proper record management, and adherence to client agreements, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support operational efficiency by identifying report issues, escalating concerns when needed, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and performing other administrative duties as assigned

Key Criteria


  • Minimum of 2 years of clerical or administrative experience in healthcare outsourcing
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
  • Experienced in utilizing multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Strong English communication skills; comfortable with calls and high-volume emails
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
