Join the South Commuter Railway Project and play a key role in driving quality excellence across one of the country's major infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project quality planning and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Monitor project quality performance, inspections, testing, and audits.
- Manage quality documentation and electronic document management systems (Aconex/EDMS).
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external quality audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolution of non-conformances.
- Develop and deliver quality-related training programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor.
- Experience conducting Quality Plan and QMS-related training.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience Required
- 7-10 years of total experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Previous team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, audits, ITPs, CMS, and QMS implementation.
