QA/QC Officer

A Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer ensures that projects or structures meet strict safety, design, and regulatory standards.

Location

• Baliwag, Bulacan

Key responsibilities

• Write Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Check incoming materials, monitor workmanship, and run field or laboratory tests
• Review contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with standards
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for defects and track corrective actions
• Keep accurate inspection records, calibration logs, and final handover files

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 1-3 years work experience as QA/QC Engineer or Site Engineer
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willing to be assigned in Baliwag, Bulacan
