QA/QC Engineer (Site)

OVERVIEW:

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and comply with relevant Philippine regulations, project specifications, and international benchmarks. The QA/QC Engineer also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying nonconformities, recommending corrective actions, and monitoring the effectiveness of quality programs. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality protocols are essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education / Professional Background

• Graduate of Civil Engineering.
• With at least 2 years of experience in the Property/Subdivision Management, Real Estate Construction Management, Quality Control in Building Construction, and Design.
• Registered Civil Engineer

Knowledge

• Applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws; government rulings affecting the real estate business (LGU, HLURB, BIR, DHSUD).
• House and Land Development Process
• Design and Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e., AutoCAD, Project Management, Scheduling)
• MS Office applications
• Business Ethics Frameworks
