- QA/QC ENGINEER (Industrial Engineer)
Salary: PHP 20,000 – PHP 23,000 per month
Job Summary
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control
procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet company
standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve product quality concerns.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
Perform other quality-related duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
At least three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within an
electrical manufacturing, fabrication, or related industrial environment.
Knowledge of QA/QC tools, inspection methods, and quality documentation.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
