Job Summary
A QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Engineer for Architectural Works in construction is responsible for ensuring that all architectural elements of a project meet specified standards,
codes, and design requirements. This role is critical in maintaining quality across all stages of construction related to architectural finishes and components.

Creating of method statement
Coordination with Nominated subcontractors
Hand-over to PMT after Inspection
KEY MEASURABLES
Number of architectural non-conformance reports (NCRs) and timely resolution
Compliance of architectural works with approved drawings, specifications, and codes
Reduction in defects, rework, and client complaints
Timely and accurate submission of QA/QC reports and documentation
Effective coordination with site and project teams
Adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+years of experience in QA/QC for architectural works in medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Technical Competencies (Know-how)
Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Experience with QA/QC documentation systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Certification in Quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ) is a plus.
