What You'll Do:

• Lead plant internal audit planning and execution, including regular plant audits.
• Build, train, and develop Plant Internal QA Auditors; lead plant risk identification and mitigation.
• Support RA in FDA audits and other regulatory/compliance obligations.

• Quality & Compliance: Certified Lead/Internal Auditor with strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and various quality standards.
• Risk Management: Skilled in risk identification, assessment, and management, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaboration & Execution: Able to work cross-functionally, coordinate with stakeholders, facilitate reviews, and demonstrate strong organization and planning skills.
