Job Description

QA Lead

Must Have (Skills):
• Proven experience leading a QA team and building automation frameworks
• Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, or equivalent
• API testing (Postman, SoapUI)
• Strong grasp of test strategy, coverage, and defect management

Nice to Have (Skills):

• P&C insurance concepts
• OOP principles and Java
• CI/CD and quality gates
• Guidewire certification(s)
• Performance and security testing

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and maintenance of automation frameworks for Guidewire apps
• Turn business requirements and acceptance criteria into test plans
• Partner with developers on coverage and early defect detection
• Analyze results and quality metrics to drive release decisions
• Run API testing and embed tests in CI/CD
• Mentor the team and set testing standards
