QA Laboratory Analyst (Licensed Chemist)

Job Description:

Makiling Green Cross Inc., a respected name in the chemical manufacturing industry, is looking for a QA Laboratory Analyst (Licensed Chemist) to join our Quality Assurance team in Makiling, Calamba.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests, inspections, and chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards

Conduct evaluation and testing of packaging materials to verify conformance with specifications

Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results through proper documentation, verification, and adherence to standard testing procedures

Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying deviations, reporting non-conformities, and assisting in root-cause investigations

Coordinate with production, QA, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and maintain consistent product standards

Maintain laboratory equipment, uphold safety protocols, and ensure proper handling of chemicals and samples

Assist in continuous improvement activities related to product quality, testing processes, and laboratory efficiency

Qualifications:

• Licensed Chemist
• With at least 6 months relevant experience in Quality Assurance from the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing methods, chemical analyses, and quality control procedures
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Amenable to on-site work in Makiling, Calamba

Willing to work 6:00 AM 2:00 PM schedule (Monday to Saturday)
